Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vent Revive LLC (“Vent Revive”) website and your request for our services. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Vent Revive provides air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, vent inspections, and related residential and commercial services in the Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska areas. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding service agreement; service is confirmed once we schedule an appointment and agree on scope and pricing.
Quotes & pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment of the actual conditions, access, and scope of work. We will communicate any changes before performing additional work.
Scheduling & access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service. Appointments may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice.
Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information. All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Vent Revive and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided with professional care, but we make no guarantee that cleaning will resolve every air-quality, appliance, or airflow issue, as these can depend on factors outside our control. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vent Revive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
